A manager, has to be missionary and guide his staff to a definite target. This is my belief and a crucial point in business life, i guess. We must renew and advance our targets regularly. By this means, first of all, i kindly like to state that, my goals are really advanced and complicated just because of my enthusiasm and firmness ,that encourage me and i have no doubt, regarding reaching these goals in question, at the most earliest. My self-confidence and experiences are sufficient for overcoming these stages. |
